What is Dropshipping?
Dropshipping is a retail method where you list products (in this case, from Dear-lover) for sale in your own store. When a customer places an order, the order details are automatically synced to the supplier's system (here, ds.dear-lover.com). You then pay the supplier for the order. Dear-Lover directly ships the product to your customer. This process allows you, the seller, to operate without holding any physical inventory, thus eliminating the pressure and costs associated with inventory management.

Please note: The goods will be shipped directly from the Dear-lover warehouse to the customer, but the package will not contain any Dear-Lover branding information. This means the customer will not be able to identify the original seller, i.e., Dear-Lover, and therefore will not be able to purchase directly from Dear-Lover in the future.

After installing the plugin, how do I use it for dropshipping?
1.Set up the shipping fees in the "Shipping & Delivery" section of your Shopify store backend. For specific settings, please refer to the process outlined in Question
2.Go to the settings section to sync your products, set prices, manage orders, etc.
3.In "Find Products", select the products you want to sell, add them to the "Import List", and then push them to your store from the "Import List".
4.When your customers place an order, it will be automatically synced to the plugin. You just need to go to the "Orders" section of the plugin and pay for the pending orders.

How do I set up shipping fees for my store?
Taking Shopify stores as an example:
1.Go to "Shipping and Delivery" in the store backend, click on the "General" line under "General Shipping Rates" to access the settings.
2.Choose "Dear-Lover Dropshipping" in "Shipping Origins", then click "Add Rates".
3.Select the countries you want to sell to and click "Add Rate". Please note that if you are selling to multiple countries, you need to set shipping fees for each country.
4.Set shipping fees according to weight or price. You can refer to the shipping charges at this link: https://ds.dear-lover.com/h-shippingTool-default.html. For example, if you are selling to the United States, you can divide the weight into 0.5kg segments. Our link shows that the shipping fee for 0.5kg is $9.11, so you can set the shipping fee for 0-0.5kg to be $9.11. If the shipping fee for 1kg is $14.21, you can set the shipping fee for 0.51-1kg to be $14.21, and so on.

What should I pay attention to when integrating with TikTok?

What is the return policy for dropshipping?
1. Cancellation Policy:

How to deal with, If the item is defective?
We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. we also need your help.
First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Second: please shoot the picture of the item is defective, and then send the picture to us by email, so that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after she check and agree, we will process a refund.
Third: If we could not Identification. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give your some more discounts on the next order.
If a return is needed due to reasons such as not liking the product, the customer will need to bear the return shipping cost. We will process a refund after we receive the goods and confirm their condition.

If I don't have my own website or online store, how can I do dropshipping?
If you sell through social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc., you can go directly to the product details, add the corresponding color and size according to customer demand, and then check out. When checking out, fill in your customer's shipping address, and we will ship according to the address you provided. The product will be sent directly to your customer.
